Delete your Smart Todo account

Smart Todo (package com.ideahustle.todo_smart_app)

You can permanently delete your Smart Todo account and all of its data at any time. You have two ways to do it.

Option 1 — delete it in the app (immediate)

Open Smart Todo and sign in.
Open your Profile (tap your avatar).
Tap Delete account.
Confirm in the dialog. You may be asked to sign in again to verify it is you.

Deletion runs right away and cannot be undone.

Option 2 — request deletion by email

If you cannot access the app, email freelancejagraj@gmail.com from the Google address you signed up with, with the subject "Delete my account". We will delete your data within 30 days.

What gets deleted

Your account and Google sign-in link.
Every board you own, including all of its lists, tasks, and member records — for all members.
Your membership of boards owned by other people (you lose access; those boards themselves are not deleted).
Your profile record and any pending invitations addressed to your email.

This is permanent. Deleted boards, lists, and tasks cannot be recovered. Content you added to a board owned by someone else remains on that board after your account is gone.

What is kept, and for how long

Nothing is retained after deletion completes. We keep no backups of your tasks or profile beyond the deletion window described above. See our privacy policy for details on what the app collects while your account is active.
